Starco Fashion Group LLC is a Dubai based company that was established in 2004, led by its partners Jalal Alhinnawi (Managing Director) and Fawzi Alhinnawi (CEO). We started as a retail company that focused on mid range kids brands, in 2012 we added the distribution and franchising department to our portfolio with special attention to shoes and bags.
